Tested liveness systems with physical masks, deepfakes and injection attacks. The findings informed stronger detection and new product directions.

Judgement does the rest.

I work across technical detail and product direction. That means asking why a risk score changed, what a customer needs to decide, and whether the team is building the right thing.

Find the real problem.

Start with the people using the product. Separate the task they need to finish from the feature they first ask for.

Challenge the assumptions.

Look for failure conditions early. Use research, data and adversarial testing to learn where the product needs to be stronger.

Connect the whole system.

Bring engineering, design and commercial teams into the same conversation. A shipped feature is only useful if it works in practice.
